These terms govern your use of the webpod.ai website, application, and browser extension (the "Service"), provided by webpod.ai ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these terms and the Privacy policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility and accounts

You must be legally able to enter into this agreement. You agree to provide accurate account information, keep your credentials secure, and take responsibility for activity under your account.

2. Permission to use the Service

Subject to these terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use the Service for your personal or internal purposes. 3. Paid access to scraped sites; no paywall bypassing

By using the extension to scrape, extract, or convert content from any website or email, you represent and warrant that you have personally paid for access to that website or the relevant content and that your paid access is valid when you use the extension. You agree to scrape only sites or content for which you have rightful access.

You must not use the Service to bypass, circumvent, disable, or evade any paywall, subscription requirement, authentication mechanism, or other access restriction, or to help anyone else do so. The Service does not grant access to content you have not personally requested.

Payment alone does not grant permission to scrape, reproduce, convert, or distribute content. You are responsible for ensuring that your use complies with the website's terms, applicable copyright law, and any required permissions. You must not share generated audio or extracted content unless you have the right to do so.

4. Content and intellectual property

We retain our rights in the Service, including its software, branding, and design. Third-party content remains the property of its respective owners. You retain any rights you hold in content you submit and grant us permission to process that content solely as needed to provide the Service. You are responsible for having the rights necessary to submit and use that content.

5. Fees and third-party services

If you purchase a paid feature or subscription, you agree to the price, billing frequency, and cancellation terms presented at purchase. Third-party websites and services have their own terms and policies. We do not control or guarantee their content, availability, or operation.

6. Availability and disclaimers

We may change or discontinue features of the Service. Our total liability for claims relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us for the Service in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms, including the paid-access and no-paywall-bypassing requirements, or if your use creates a security or legal risk. Terms that by their nature should survive termination, including intellectual property protections, disclaimers, and liability limits, will continue to apply.

We may revise these terms by posting an updated version on this page and changing the date above. We will provide notice of material changes as required by law. Continuing to use the Service after revised terms take effect means you accept them. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. These terms form the agreement between you and webpod.ai concerning use of the Service and do not limit any mandatory rights you have under applicable law.
